Pressure Washing

Looking for more than just clean windows?

Cleaning of siding and soffits, patios and porches, driveways, decks and more!

  • What does pressure washing cost?

The cost of pressure washing your home depends on several factors, including the size, height and accessibility of the house. We also factor in the amount of debris, overhangs and concrete flat-work to be cleaned. Generically speaking, you can expect to pay a minimum of $150 for a full-service pressure wash on a small, ranch-style home, and as much as $500 for a large, 3-story home. We offer free estimates for all of our services, and we can usually complete an estimate within 24 hours of your call.

  • Can pressure washing damage my house?

It can… but we won’t! A high quality pressure washer is strong enough to strip paint from a house, or bark from a tree, and for this reason it is really important to hire a professional to pressure wash your home. We use specific pressure settings and spray patterns to ensure that your home will not be damaged during the pressure washing. This allows us to wash all types of housing surfaces, even stucco and vinyl.

  • What Is Included In A Pressure Wash?

Our standard exterior pressure washing service includes cleaning the siding, soffits, porches, patios, sidewalks, and driveway. Our cleaning is intended to remove all cobwebs, dust, dirt, nests and debris from the house without damaging any of the siding or stripping any of the paint. Our standard service does not include fences, roofs or decks.

  • Approximately how long does pressure washing take?

This largely depends on the size of the house and the condition of what we are pressure washing. A small one-story house generally takes about an hour and a half to clean. The cleaning includes the siding, soffits, porches, patios, walkways, and driveways. A large three story house can take around four to five hours, again largely dependent on the condition of the siding.

  • Do you have any specials or discounts?

Yes! Our residential service plan customers save 10%-20% on their pressure washing service. We regularly run specials on pressure washing, particularly if you combine your pressure washing service with a window cleaning or gutter cleaning. Call 970 412 8169 to find out more!

  • Can you pressure wash wood?

Yes! When we are pressure washing wood we are sure to use a tip that fans the water in a way that is not damaging to the wood or wood stain. Because we focus on removing dirt, debris, and cobwebs from the siding we will be sure to give all different kinds of siding, including wood, the most gentle and thorough cleaning possible.

  • Why should I get my house pressure washed?

The most obvious answer is that pressure washing improves the curb appeal of your house. It is amazing how much difference a pressure wash can bring to your house. This is very important for people who are looking to sell their house, as dirt and cobwebs could drive away potential buyers, but also to anyone who takes pride in their home ownership.

Pressure washing can also extend the life of your paint job, siding, decks and patios! Pressure washing can also remove mildew and molds that could pose a health risk to you and your family.

  • How much pressure does your pressure washer put out?

Our pressure washer pushes water at 4000 PSI (pounds per square inch) and at roughly 4 GPM (gallons per minute). A little known fact about pressure washing is that cleaning ability of a pressure is more tied to GPM than PSI. Think about it this way: pressure helps loosen debris, but flow (GPM) is what washes the debris off the house. Many home-solution pressure washers will have high pressure, but not enough flow to effectively clean your home. Our equipment has enough pressure to effectively clean the tallest peaks of your house, and enough flow to wash that debris away.

  • Cold or hot water?

Our pressure washer is a cold water pressure washer. Cold water pressure washers are ideal for removing dirt, mud, and spider webs. With the help of detergents we are also able to remove most oil, mold and mildew stains! Cold water pressure washers are much more portable than hot water pressure washers, making them ideal for working around landscaping, decks, fences and patios in a residential cleaning application.

We love A New View. The crew is always professional and prompt. We had our windows cleaned, and the next day, it rained. A New View keeps the guarantee of coming back to clean what was affected by the weather.

David, Garrett and Wayne did a great job cleaning the windows and screens. They were courteous and respectful of our property. In addition, they encouraged us to look at the windows before they left to ensure we were satisfied. The windows looked great at completion.
